I like a lot of hot sauces but don't go over the top with heat, its more about flavor for me and I'm pretty picky with them. 3 months ago I was gifted a bottle of this and this review is for my reorder because I finished every last drop of the first bottle! Its hard to explain the flavor of it - a little vinegar, a little smoky, a little kimchi, and just enough heat that compliments just about any dish. Truly my favorite hot sauce and I'll keep ordering it!
Just tried this sauce last night it was really delicious. Spicy but with a good amount of acid. I mixed a little with sour cream for my husband because he doesn’t enjoy heat as much as I do! He loved it too!
