Join us on Thursday, September 25th for a multi-course tasting menu at Hot Shot, highlighting the bounty of early autumn produce. Each course will highlight the finest local ingredients, with dishes designed to celebrate the flavors of Colorado. With wine and drink pairing options, the evening promises an unforgettable dining experience. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

$130 per guest, all-inclusive (multi-course menu, tax, and gratuity included) Alcohol and other beverages will be available for purchase at the dinner.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

What is your ticket refund policy?

Full refunds (minus credit card processing fees) for tickets will be accepted up to 48 hours before the event. This gives us time to adjust products purchased for the event and equipment.
